Commitment deposit policy: Your ₦38,000 deposit is refunded in full when you win your first client either during the programme or within three months of completing it. If you have not won a client within that window, the deposit is retained. Regardless of whether you win a client or not, your 12-month post-programme support continues without interruption. We remain invested in your success.

Submit your application. Our team reviews every application personally. Twelve candidates are selected per cohort based on motivation, attitude, and commitment, not prior experience.

Do I need prior experience to apply?

No prior experience is required. If you can watch YouTube videos and use a word processor like Microsoft Word or Google Docs, you have what it takes to begin. We teach everything else. What matters most to us is your attitude, commitment, and willingness to do the work.

What exactly is the ₦38,000 deposit and when do I get it back?

The Plenipotent Apprenticeship is fully sponsored; there is no programme fee. PlenipotentCo invests over ₦1.9 million per participant in resources, tools, courses, software, and mentorship. The ₦38,000 commitment deposit — just 2% of that total investment — is the only financial requirement from you. It secures your place and signals that your commitment matches ours. It is refunded in full when you win your first client during the programme or within three months of completing it.

What counts as "winning a client"?

A client is considered won when they have signed a service agreement and paid a deposit for a professional service you are delivering. A verbal or informal agreement does not qualify. Our team will confirm client status and guide you through the process of securing and formalising your first client engagement.

How does the ₦10,000 monthly data stipend work?

Every selected participant receives a ₦10,000 data subscription stipend each month for the six-month duration of the programme. This is our practical investment in your participation. We believe that removing financial barriers to showing up fully is part of our responsibility as a programme that is serious about your success.

How will I find clients?

Client development is a core part of the apprenticeship experience. You will learn proven strategies for finding and approaching clients, work on live projects that build your portfolio, and receive hands-on guidance from our team on pitching and positioning yourself. We are actively invested in helping you win your first client.

Can I join if I am still in university?

Yes. We welcome undergraduates from 200 level upwards. One hour per day is enough to make steady progress. The programme is designed to be integrated into your life, not to disrupt it. The more time you invest, the faster you grow.

Can I join as an NYSC corps member?

Absolutely. And we strongly encourage it. Your service year is one of the most flexible and opportunity-rich periods of your professional life. The Plenipotent Apprenticeship is designed to fit within it, so you can leave NYSC with skills, clients, and momentum rather than just a discharge certificate.

What does post-programme support actually include?

Post-programme support runs for 12 full months after you complete the apprenticeship. It includes continued mentorship, business launch or career development support depending on your chosen path, access to our professional network, and ongoing coaching. The specifics are tailored to where you are and where you are going.

How quickly can I start earning?

With our hands-on approach and opportunities to work on real projects, some participants begin earning income within the programme itself. Your results will depend on your level of engagement and the quality of your implementation but the structure is designed to get you earning as early as possible.

Can I join from my location?

Yes. The Plenipotent Apprenticeship is fully remote. Whether you are in Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Enugu, or anywhere else with reliable internet access, you can participate fully. That is the point — we are training you to work with global clients, so our programme works globally too.
