Consent and Release Agreement

Please read and confirm your agreement to the following terms:

1. Ownership and Use
I confirm that the text I have submitted is my original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights. I grant the author and publisher of The Man Who Remembered Everything the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and distribute my submission, in whole or in part, as part of the book and any related materials (including but not limited to future editions, digital formats, marketing materials, public readings, and translations).

2. Credit and Editing
I understand that my name may be credited in the book or accompanying materials, unless I request anonymity. I also understand that the editor may lightly edit my contribution for grammar, clarity, and formatting, without altering its essential meaning.

3. No Payment Required or Expected
I understand that this is a voluntary contribution made in honour of the subject of the book. I agree that I will not receive financial compensation or royalties for the inclusion of my submission in this project.

4. Right to Withdraw
I understand that I may request the removal of my contribution from the project at any time before final publication by contacting the author at team@greaterbayo.com.ng. However, once the work has gone to press or been distributed publicly, withdrawal may no longer be possible.

5. General Release
I hereby release and discharge the author and publisher from any claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or in connection with the authorized use of my contribution in the contexts described above.
